Rapper Rick Ross has scored a major legal victory. The Miami rapper has won a lawsuit that was originally filed by “Freeway” Rick Ross over use of the “Rick Ross” moniker. An L.A. Superior Court judge has tossed the case, as reported by TMZ.

The judge decided that “Freeway” Rick Ross had no ownership over the name.
