The Polo Lounge has long been the haunt of the Hills’ hallowed residents; located within The Beverly Hills Hotel, it is the epitome of Los Angeles glamour. The Oscar Cocktail Menu features carefully thought out drinks inspired by this year’s nine nominees for Best Picture. Enjoyed the silent phenomenon The Artist? Try the Silence is Golden, a glittering mix of Karlson’s Gold Vodka, lemon juice, mint syrup and club soda. Taken by Spielberg’s War Horse? The French 75, named after the potent weapon held by the French field artillery of WWI, combines gun, lemon juice, and sugar, topped up with bubbling Moet champagne.
